Wedding Details

Black Tie.
For men, this means a dark suit or a tailored pants and dress shirt combination. Please no bow ties — those are for the grooms!
For women, think floor-length dresses or elegant cocktail dresses. Please no white dresses.
You’re encouraged to bring a jacket or shawl.

Please RSVP no later than this date so we can ensure a final headcount with enough time to prepare.

We ask that all guests be seated by 3:20pm to ensure an on-time ceremony – you know Justin likes an on-time operation.

The wedding ceremony will be outside. The reception, including dinner and dancing, will be heated and inside. Please bring a jacket or wrap to keep warm.

Kids are welcome if they are part of the invitation.
Please note that the music will get PG-13+ after 8:00pm and we highly encourage them to check out the kids center!

Unfortunately there is a limit on the guests we can invite and cannot accommodate a plus one for everyone. If we have allowed you a plus one, we have listed their name or "Plus One" on your invitation or RSVP profile.
If you feel we left out someone important, let us know, but understand that our limitations may mean our hands are tied.

Cold!
The average temperature at Brasada Ranch on December 13 is around 40°F. We recommend bringing a warm jacket or wrap to stay comfortable during the outdoor wedding ceremony. Don't worry though - the reception will be held indoors, and the outdoor dance floor will be tented and equipped with heaters to keep everyone cozy throughout the evening.

Depends.
Please refrain from wearing obvious amounts of white. White is definitely okay for shirts, accent pieces, etc. Women, please do not wear white dresses.
TL;DR - Avoid an Alexis Rose situation during David and Patrick’s wedding. :)

No.
We kindly ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony. We've hired professional photographers to capture every special moment, allowing you to be fully present and enjoy the experience without distractions. After the ceremony and once the wedding party has exited, you're welcome to take as many pictures as you'd like!

Venue & Lodging

As soon as possible!
We recommend booking now to secure your preferred lodging type. The last day to take advantage of the discounted lodging rate is November 13, 2025.

Multiple options.
Planes: The nearest airport is Roberts Field-Redmond Municipal Airport (RDM), located about 20 miles from Brasada Ranch. Several major airlines offer flights to RDM, including Alaska and Delta. We suggest taking a rideshare or taxi to Brasada Ranch from the airport.
Trains: There is no direct train service to Brasada Ranch. The nearest Amtrak station is in Chemult, Oregon, about 80 miles away.
Automobiles: Driving is the most convenient way to reach Brasada Ranch if you live locally. The venue is easily accessible by car, with ample parking available on-site. Parking is available at Brasada Ranch for guests who choose to drive.
Rideshare/Taxi: These are available for transportation to Brasada Ranch from RDM or within Central Oregon. For your return trip to the airport, it's recommended to schedule your ride in advance or book a taxi to ensure timely pickup. Rideshare/Taxi can be unreliable late at night.

Knock on wood!
We are keenly aware to the risks of snow and ice during a winter wedding in Central Oregon. especially during December. However, we are confident that all of our guests can attend, even if it snows during the wedding weekend. In case of inclement weather, we will communicate with guests as quickly as possible regarding any necessary adjustments or alternative transportation options.

Yes!
We encourage our guests to stay with us at Brasada Ranch. We have discounted rates for guests during wedding weekend – comparable to other Central Oregon resorts.

Yes.
That said, we encourage you to stay with us at Brasada. You’ll find similar rates with, in our opinion, better and closer amenities.
And, you won’t have to travel far after the wedding. Most of Brasada accommodations are accessible within a five-minute walk.

Yes.
There is parking near the reception venue for guests not staying over the weekend.
There is parking at all accommodations for guests staying at Brasada Ranch.

There are a ton of great hotels in the Bend and Redmond area, but none that we recommend as a first option.
We recommend staying at Brasada Ranch as it’s accessible for wedding weekend and affordable depending on your accommodation preference.

We encourage taking Uber, Lyft, or Taxi from RDM to Brasada Ranch.
Upon departure, it’s suggested to pre-reserve your rideshare or taxi using the app or local dispatch.
