A Note From Us

Welcome to our wedding website! As we prepare for our celebration at Brasada Ranch in December, we wanted to share some important details with you.

Invitations

Your formal invitations will be on the way soon! We've been hard at work handcrafting them, and we can't wait for you to see them. To ensure they reach you, please let us know if your address has changed recently.

If you received a Save the Date but haven't received your invitation by October 1st, please reach out – we want to make sure everyone's invitation arrives safely!

RSVP Details

We kindly request your response by November 15th, whether you are able to join us in celebration or will be missed. Once invitations are sent, you can to RSVP through our website.

Your timely reply is essential as we finalize our arrangements. Due to venue requirements, we are unable to accommodate responses after this date. If you're unsure about your plans, please let us know. Our RSVP platform will only allow responses for invited guests - we've carefully created our guest list and the system will only display those names.

Registry Information

We've received several questions about our registry - thank you for your patience! Our Zola registry will be available as soon as we send out invitations. While gifts are never expected, they are appreciated. For those asking about cash gifts, while these can be given through Zola, we suggest bringing them to the wedding to avoid processing fees.

Accommodation Information

Brasada Ranch is a special place to us, and we can't wait for you to experience its magic! While there are hotels about 20 minutes away, staying at the ranch offers a unique experience at comparable prices. We want everyone to be able to fully enjoy the celebration without worrying about early departures or late-night drives.

• Mention the Baumann-Hanes Wedding for December 13, 2025

• Note: There's a two-night minimum stay - more time for celebrating together!
